A separate electronic waiver is required for each participant. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete it. Winter league registration and the facility waiver are separate. Every minor needs their own parent/guardian waiver.

Which form should I use?+
Complete a separate participant waiver before your visit. Use the Night Trains interest form for travel baseball, the rental request for cage or team rentals, the separate private lesson and birthday party forms, the work-with-Trackside application for instructor and program opportunities, and the apparel form to order Trackside gear.
How do I express interest in the Trackside Night Trains?+
Trackside currently fields an active 10U travel team, and 10U / 12U / 15U tryouts are now open. More 9U-and-up age groups are coming soon. A parent or legal guardian can join the interest list here to receive future team, evaluation, and tryout information.
Can I book the facility for my team?+
Yes. Batting Cages (2) + Pitching Lane / Turf Area is $45 per hour without HitTrax. The Entire Building is $100 per hour with HitTrax included. HitTrax is $60 per hour.
Can I work with Trackside as an instructor or program leader?+
Yes. Private instructors, referral partners, and coaches interested in pro-rated facility access can submit the Work With Trackside application.
What can we train at Trackside?+
Train for baseball and softball with batting cages, pitching and turf space, and HitTrax. The facility also offers a 46-foot mound, pitching machines, and Max BP. Tell Trackside what your player or team needs when requesting a session.
How does access work?+
Trackside uses 24/7 keypad entry for confirmed rentals. Access details are provided directly to approved players and groups.
